Learn How to Still Hunt
There are many methods used to hunt and take a big game animal.One of the more popular methods is tree sitting but i want to focus on a method that seems to be going out of style.
Namely,Still Hunting.This type of hunting requires alot of patience and mostly moving very slow.This tends to make it the least desirable of techniques.
You basically move very slow,at a snails pace through an area and take time to listen and look at every detail in the area.You look for tracks,feeding that the animals have been doing.You look for colors that are out of place and for movement of an animal.
You certainly want to see the animal before it sees you.Many big game animals have very good eyesight in detecting movement.So the reason for moving slowly.
The basic rule:You can't move too slow. |
